Terms of service

Scale360x Engage is a workspace for sending WhatsApp campaigns, managing conversations and automating follow-ups. New workspaces get a free trial (7 days, no card). After the trial the platform is provided under the paid plan you choose (Spark, Pulse or Orbit) and any add-ons you buy, billed in advance. We do not cap the number of WhatsApp messages you send: message charges are billed to you directly by Meta under Meta’s own pricing.

The plans, prices, limits (such as WhatsApp numbers, team members, contacts, AI agents, media storage, sending speed and API rate limits), included features and add-ons shown on our website or in the app are current at the time you view them.

• We may change them. We may change our prices, plans, limits, features and add-ons, add new ones, or retire existing ones, at any time.
• Notice for existing customers. A change to the price or limits of a plan or add-on you already pay for takes effect at your next renewal, and we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand (by email or in the app). Until then you keep what you have paid for.
• Your choice. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect or move to another plan. Continuing after it takes effect means you accept it.
• New customers and add-ons. New plans, new purchases and add-ons are charged at the price shown when you buy. Taxes may be added where required.
• Third-party charges are outside our control. Meta’s messaging charges and your AI provider’s charges are set by them and can change at any time without notice from us.
• Usage above your limits. We may block actions that would exceed a plan limit (for example connecting another WhatsApp number or storing more media) until you upgrade, buy an add-on or free up space. Messages from your customers are still received.

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including that of teammates you invite.

You need your own Meta Business account to use WhatsApp. Messaging charges are billed by Meta, and AI usage is billed by the provider whose key you add. You must follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta’s commerce and messaging rules.

• Only message people who have opted in to hear from you.
• No spam, harassment, scams, illegal content or misleading messages.
• No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service or its security.
• No use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend accounts that put users, Meta numbers or the service at risk.

You own your contacts, messages and files. You give us a limited licence to host and process them solely to operate the service for you. See our privacy policy for details.

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice where practical.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scale360x is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from Meta or other third-party actions such as number bans or message-quality limits.

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
