Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new workspace gets a 7-day free trial with no card. After that you pick Spark, Pulse or Orbit. Messages are never capped by us: you pay Meta directly for what you send, and your AI provider for AI usage.
Can I change plans or add features later?
Any time. Upgrade to a bigger plan, or buy an add-on — an extra WhatsApp number, more teammates or contacts, or unlock the AI assistant or the API on Spark — and it applies immediately.
What does Meta charge for?
Meta bills businesses per conversation or message under its own pricing. That charge goes from your Meta account to Meta; we never mark it up.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. You connect a number through the WhatsApp Business Platform with your own Meta Business account. Approval timing depends on Meta.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
A number can be used once it is registered on the Business Platform. Moving it off the regular WhatsApp app disables it there, so plan for that first.
Do I need to write code?
No. Automations and campaigns are visual. Developers can optionally use signed webhooks, the REST API or the MCP server.
Will large campaigns slow things down?
No. Sending runs on background workers at the speed your plan allows per WhatsApp number, so one big campaign never blocks another workspace, and nothing depends on your browser tab staying open.
How does the AI work?
You add your own OpenAI, Groq or Anthropic key and your business knowledge. The agent answers from that content — and can read photos customers send, if your model supports images — and hands the chat to a human whenever it is unsure. There are no AI credits to buy from us.
What happens to photos, videos and files?
Everything customers send and everything you send is saved to your media library, so agents, the AI assistant and automations can use it without asking WhatsApp again. Each plan includes storage; when it is full you can add more, and customer messages are still received.
